Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident in your DuBar purchase.
If your piece isn't quite right, you may return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. Returns within this window are accepted no questions asked, provided the item is unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging with proof of purchase.
As a growing brand, we always welcome your feedback. Whether there's something you loved or something we could do better, we'd be grateful to hear your thoughts—they help us continue to improve every DuBar experience.
To initiate a return, please email CustomerService@DuBar.us. We'll provide return instructions and the appropriate shipping address.
Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.

Our Commitment to Quality
We carefully inspect every piece before it leaves our studio. However, if you experience a quality-related issue after the 14-day return window, please reach out to us at CustomerService@DuBar.us as soon as possible.
Your feedback is incredibly valuable as we continue to grow, and we'll review every concern individually to determine the best solution. Our goal is always to ensure you're happy with your DuBar piece.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Personalized or custom pieces
  • Final sale items
  • Gift cards
While these items are not eligible for return, we believe exceptional customer service extends beyond our return policy. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please reach out to CustomerService@DuBar.us. We work closely with our customers and are committed to ensuring every DuBar experience is a positive one.

Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange your item, the quickest option is to return your original purchase and place a new order for the item you'd prefer. This helps ensure the replacement is reserved for you as quickly as possible.

International Orders
For orders shipped to the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of delivery for any reason. Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you as soon as your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable, and it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
